A novel virtual synchronous machine implementation and verification of its effectiveness to mitigate renewable generation connection issues at weak transmission grid locations

Abstract Large‐scale penetration of renewable resource based generation will displace conventional synchronous machine‐based power generation. This lower the overall system inertia and result in short circuit levels at point connection (POC) resources. Renewable resources such as wind solar photovoltaic (PV) are interfaced to via electronic inverters. Operation inverter‐based equipment under low conditions is challenging. Specific challenges include fault recovery response, unstable oscillatory interactions, impact on torsional oscillations thermal generating units. In this paper, effectiveness inverters, controlled a virtual machine (VSM), overcome some these issues investigated. A battery energy storage (BESS) inverter VSM. The input signals provided BESS derived from solving time domain equations machine. response exciter, governor, stabilizer (PSS) also included VSM strategy. dynamic characteristics proposed verified using single infinite bus (SMIB) test model. approach mitigate specific technical by performing studies two systems. systems represent selected regions practical with high penetration. compared all cases, demonstrate close correlation response. simulation results that VSM's expected capable mitigating stability‐related due strength.

این پژوهش با هدف "بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش عالی مجازی در ایران و راههای توسعه و ارتقای آن " و با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و پیمایشی صورت پذیرفته است. بررسی اسنادو مدارک موجود در زمینه آموزش مجازی نشان داد تعداد دانشجویان و مقاطع تحصیلی و رشته محل های دوره های الکترونیکی چندان مطلوب نبوده و از نظر کیفی نیز وضعیت شاخص خدمات آموزشی اساتید و وضعیت شبکه اینترنت در محیط آموزش مجازی نامطلوب است.
